HytchUp is a software platform and does not process, collect, hold, or transmit ride payments, fares, or tips between riders and independent drivers through the platform unless we expressly state otherwise. Payment arrangements are only handled directly between users outside the platform.
Background Check Disclosure
HytchUp provides peer-to-peer software tools and does not represent that it performs background checks, driving history reviews, criminal screenings, or vehicle safety inspections on all users or drivers. Users are responsible for their own judgment, safety decisions, and independent vetting.
5. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- Create, maintain, and administer accounts
- Provide matching, routing, scheduling, booking, and communication features
- Verify identity and send OTP or account-security messages
